Bright and fantastic rooms with balcony...

Clean and ideal place, has lovely views on the lake. The rooms are adequate and perfect and the continental breakfast offered has lots of dishes. Its location is great near the whole lake, other restaurant which is very pleasant, and the Island, Orta, Omegna. Lake Orta is 200 metres from the hotel.

I had an incredible stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was absolutely stunning, surrounded by beautiful scenery and overlooking the serene lake. It was also conveniently near the charming old town of Orta. I loved that I had the option to swim in either the pool or the lake, as the beach area was easily accessible. The hotel had a lot to offer in terms of facilities, such as a spacious swimming pool, tennis courts, and even boats for exploring the nearby island and towns. The staff were extremely friendly and always went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. They were attentive and willing to assist with any requests. The on-site restaurant had delicious food and offered breathtaking views. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay with amazing views and excellent service.

The only small downside I noticed was that the landscaping could be improved to make it more accessible for elderly or disabled guests. However, despite this minor issue, I still thoroughly enjoyed my stay here.

Tea selection at breakfast could be better (had only black tea varieties). It was not possible to book a tennis instructor (although we wished to do so at the time of booking). However, the staff at the reception was very committed to it (unfortunately without success)! There could be more hooks in the bathroom.

We were warmly welcomed and felt very comfortable. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Access to the lake was important to us and we enjoyed swimming in the lake. Breakfast was very good, the food in the restaurant was also very recommendable.

The hotel was clean. The people were top-class.- Greatly enjoyed staying in the bright and extremely spacious twin/double room with a "mountain view.- The location was stunning and incredible, right next to other restaurants, the lake, lakeside view, and the Island.

The lake views were stunning and the room was cozy for our romantic getaway. We appreciated the availability of a minibar and the location next to the lake was perfect for our dinner date night. The staff were polite and helpful in providing information about the area.

The breakfast selection was quite limited and the quality did not meet our expectations. the room seemed to be in need of a renovation and we could hear the train from our room which interrupted the romantic mood.

The . breakfast was good, some more vegetables would have pleased me. the service was very friendly . The rooms are bright and clean. the location by the lake was wonderful, especially if you don't like pool water.
